Abstract
Two electron sources of the diode type with a Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox ceramics- based explosive-emission cathode are described, which are capable of p roducing microsecond electron beams at a voltage of 100-600 kV and nan osecond electron beams with an energy of 10-25 keV.
