Abstract
Modern techniques for dynamic control of chaotic systems are introduce d. The problem of controlling chaos is addressed in the same conceptua l framework as proposed by Ott, Grebogi and Yorke. However, the novelt y here is the introduction of LQ and H-infinity techniques to address the problem. These techniques have been tested on representative syste ms, specifically the Logistic Map.
