Abstract
The closed forms of some rotation matrix elements d(m,m)(j)(pi/2) are
presented. The closed forms of summation involved two binomials and so
me special hypergeometric functions are also obtained. The MAPLE V pro
gram which calculates d(m,m)(j)(beta), d(m,m)(j)(pi/2) and the help fi
le are given in appendix.
