Abstract
In this paper a solid state spectrum analyzer for the visible range ba sed on amorphous silicon bias controlled color detectors is described. The correct operation of the solid state spectrum analyzer has been v erified tinder illumination with different intensities and wavelengths in the visible range. Non-monochromatic spectra have been deconvolute d, with a spectral resolution of 30 nm.
