Abstract
To date more than twenty experiments have been performed to test Bell' s inequality. Of these only Aspects's experiment was non-static. We de scribe here, as a variation of Franson's experiment, another non-stati c experiment. This experiment tests a large class of local realistic t heories with any transmission velocity.
