Abstract
The existence of the Pryce operator allows us to localise a photon opt imally, although not precisely, in space and time. We interpret the ad ditional term in the Pryce operator as a non-Abelian gauge potential i n the momentum space and predict an Aharonov-Bohm effect for the photo n.
