Abstract
The general utility of solid-phase synthesis for creating Libraries of compounds will be discussed with particular reference paid to the dev elopment of a solid-phase organic synthetic route to quinolones. Using the DIVERSOMER(R) technology a library of quinolones have been prepar ed, purified and analyzed. Additionally, the issue of resin impurities and by-products will be discussed.
