Abstract
Recent studies have shown that laser therapy can reduce the mortality and morbidity associated with Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome in the se cond trimester of pregnancy. The purpose of this paper is to analyse c urrent treatment strategies using laser surgery, and to suggest ways i n which fetal mortality may be further reduced.
