Abstract
Concordant gallium-67 and thallium-201 uptake has been described in ma lignant lesions, More recently, Tl-201 accumulation has been described in some benign conditions, The authors report three HIV-positive pati ents who underwent Ga-67 and Tl-201 scintigraphy. These studies reveal ed concordant Ga-67 and Tl-201 uptake and tumour was erroneously diagn osed. All three patients were finally diagnosed as having tuberculosis .
