V. Magliulo, AUTOMATIC SCANNING OF MULTIPLE LEAF CHAMBERS FOR GAS-EXCHANGE MEASUREMENTS, Computers and electronics in agriculture, 15(2), 1996, pp. 149-160
An automatic computer-driven system was developed for scanning and log
ging gas exchange parameters from a number of steady state leaf cuvett
es. Under control of an interface board, an air stream loop is sequent
ially connected between the individual leaf being scanned and the sens
ors, to allow the measurement of the properties of the air entering an
d exiting the cuvette. All the other leaves are kept under steady stat
e conditions. The measured parameters may be monitored in real time in
numerical and graphical forms and mean values output to disk at prese
t intervals.
