Abstract
Susceptibility, resistivity thermopower and magnetoresistivity data ar e presented for CePd3Bx alloys, where the boron enters the lattice int erstitially. All the data are consistent with a smooth cross-over from intermediate valence in CePd3 to trivalent local moment behaviour in CePd3B0.3. For x < 0.15 the alloys mirror the properties of CeP3, but on reduced temperature scales. For 0.15 less than or equal to x < 0.3 the alloys obey single impurity Kondo theory, while the x = 0.3 alloy is close to the localised limit.
