Abstract
The common features in the Raman data of high-temperature superconduct ors: (the cuprates, bismuthates, alkali-doped fullerides and some orga nic superconductors) are analyzed. It was shown that qualitative under standing of the data can be achieved in terms of non-Fermi liquid mode ls for their normal state, with appropriate bag mechanisms for the sup erconducting state.
