Abstract
We report the directional magnetic susceptibilities on single crystals of NdBa2Cu3O7-delta. Crystal field (CF) analysis considering orthorho mbic symmetry at the Nd3+ site has been performed and a best set of CF parameters have been obtained. The energy levels obtained from the pr esent fit are in good agreement with the inelastic neutron scattering spectra.
