PHYSIOLOGICAL HETEROGENEITY OF A POPULATI ON OF MICROALGAE - CLASSIFICATION OF COENOBIA SCENEDESMUS-QUADRICAUDA ACCORDING TO THE TYPES OF CURVES OF THE INDUCTION OF CHLOROPHYLL FLUORESCENCE

Microalgae Scenedesmus quadricauda have been classified according to t he kinetics of chlorophyll fluorescence (induction curves) for single coenobia. An algorithm was proposed for processing of the induction cu rves of chlorophyll fluorescence for single coenobia that permitted us to isolate the types of induction curves. A relationship was establis hed between stages of the Sc. quadricauda culture development and chan ges in the ratio of coenobia types. The possibility was postulated for prognostication of the state of microalgal populations according to t heir functional structure.
