Abstract
We describe a patient with polyostotic Paget's disease of bone in whom malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) arose in association with an inv olved and repeatedly fractured bone. The association between the tumou r and the bone disease as well as the possible role of previous trauma and the occurrence of the tumour are discussed.
