Abstract
This study presents three cases of endometriosis in cesarean section s cars, The main symptom was lower abdominal pain in the region of the s car, The pain was aggravated menstrually, Computed tomography and need le biopsy were of major value in reaching the correct diagnosis, Surgi cal excision and fascial repair is the definitive treatment, All patie nts were pain free in the postoperative follow-up visits, which varied from 6 months to 2 1/2 years.
