Abstract
The design of a sealed single-frequency waveguide submillimeter (smm) laser is described. A particular feature of its construction is the pr esence of replaceable containers with different,eases and absorption c hambers to collect exhaust. The active gases CH3OH and NH3 were pumped using CO2- and N2O- lasers respectively.
