Abstract
The cross sections of the Cl-36(n(th),p)S-36 and the Cl-36(n(th),alpha )P-33 reactions were measured with thermal neutrons at the high flux r eactor of the ILL in Grenoble. For the Cl-36(n(th),p)S-36 reaction cro ss section a precise value of (47+/-2)mb was obtained and for the Cl-3 6(n(th),alpha)P-33 reaction (0.59+/-0.07) mb was determined.
