Abstract
A quick, cheap and simple method of mixing liquid binding agents with rock powder to produce powder pellets suitable for x-ray fluorescence analysis is described. The preparation and use of a polyvinylpyrrolido ne-methylcellulose-based liquid binding agent is also described.
