of the dimeric cholesterol ozonide formed in nonparticipating solvent
s with cholesterol acting as alcohol is established as 7 alpha-cholest
-5'-en-3'-yloxy-3 beta-hydroxy-(5R,7R)-5 alpha-B-homo-6-oxacholestane
-5-hydroperoxide (7c).
