Abstract
We analyze Kudlik et al.'s recent criticism of the scaling procedure f or the primary relaxation in supercooled liquids introduced by Dixon e t al.. We find that those criticisms result from imposing unjustified constraints on the scaling procedure and from improper separation of t he primary relaxation from other features in the spectrum.
