Jl. Wu et al., FABRICATION AND APPLICATION OF A DIAMOND-FILM GLUCOSE BIOSENSOR BASEDON A H2O2 MICROARRAY ELECTRODE, Analytica chimica acta, 327(2), 1996, pp. 133-137
A novel glucose biosensor, using a diamond film as insulating substrat
e and H2O2 microarray electrodes as basic electrodes, has been fabrica
ted. Compared with previous glucose sensors, the sensor in this resear
ch has a greatly improved long-term stability. In the measurement in s
tandard serums, co-existing substances did not interfere with the resu
lts of the glucose response current. Furthermore, while testing glucos
e concentrations of human blood serums, the results are comparable to
those obtained with spectrophotometry. Their correlation coefficient w
as 0.99. Measuring a blood sample of 12.0 mmol/l repeatedly, its varia
tion coefficient was 4.7%, and its deviation was 0.38.
