Abstract
The authors report a case of selective coronary angiography by use of a modified technique in a patient with tortuous iliac artery, distorte d thoracic descending aorta, and anomalous left coronary artery. This approach to such anatomy can decrease the fluoroscopy time and reduce the likelihood of complications.
