Abstract
Diphallus is a rare congenital anomaly that is often associated with v arious other anomalies of the midline structures of the posterior port ion of the body. We report a unique case of a 1-day-old male with comp lete diphallus, incomplete bilateral tubular duplications of the colon , ileal atresia, and an anorectal malformation.
