320 persons Chernobyl liquidators were examined, The selection was mad e on the basis of presence of mental disturbances of nonpsychotical le vel, Five syndromes were revealed: astheno-neurotical (116 cases), ast heno-depressive (92 cases), obsessive-phobic (57), astheno-hypochondri ac (32), hystero-hypochondriac (23 persons), The structure of above-me ntioned syndromes was determined by combination of different symptoms (there were 40 symptoms). It was found that affective disorders of dep ressive spectrum are prevalent in all mental manifestations, while vas ovegetative disturbances were common in psychosomatic manifestations.
