We solve numerically the Boltzmann equation in the early universe in t
he presence of a constant electric field and find the electrical condu
ctivity sigma in the range 1 MeV less than or similar to T less than o
r similar to M(w). The main contribution to sigma is shown to be due t
o leptonic interactions. For T less than or similar to 100 MeV we find
sigma similar or equal to M(w) we obtain sigma similar or equal to 6.
