Abstract
We propose a new method to compute the diffusive pat of the Navier-Sto kes equations, in the ''cell-centered'' framework fixed by the hyperbo lic part treatment. It is based on a finite elements/finite volumes co upling. A theoretical analysis leading to converge and error estimates results for a convection-diffusion model problem subtantiates this ap proach. Moreover; numerical results demonstrate its efficiency for Nav ier-Stokes computations.
