Micronostril is a cicatricial stenosis that may occur in the caudal-mo st portion of the nasal cavity of cleft lip patients. This stenosis ca n be severe and functionally debilitating, Previously proposed solutio ns have offered disappointing results. Our solution has three key elem ents: adequate scar release; restoration of the lining and support by way of chondrocutaneous composite graft; and postoperative custom acry lic splinting.
