Abstract
The introduction of endoscopic plastic surgery provides a new look at facial anatomy. Since this is different from that seen when the tradit ional approach is used it is important to have a clear understanding o f the endoscopically viewed facial anatomy before proceeding to perfor m endoscopic face-lifting. This paper presents cadaveric dissections o f each stage of the endoscopically-assisted face and neck lift, previo usly described by Bostwik, Nahai and Eaves [1].
