Abstract
The thermoluminescence (TL) of BaF2:RE(Dy3+, Ce3+, Eu2+) crystals has been studied above room temperature after the excitation with synchrot ron radiation of 0.5-2.0nm. Meanwhile Dy3+ concentration dependence of TL from BaF2:Dy (1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000ppm) in the 100-470K region w as researched after xray excitation. The TL spectra and their mechanis ms of BaF2:RE crystals were analyzed and discussed too.
