Abstract
A unique case of truncus arteriosus communis associated with mitral va lve and left ventricular hypoplasia, but without ventricular septal de fect (VSD), is described. The embryology of this anatomy is considered . The neonatal hemodynamics and the clinical implications of this rare combination of defects are discussed.
