Abstract
Tile temperature and pressure dependences of elastic coherent and inel astic incoherent neutron seat tering spectra in polycrystalline 1,3-cy clohexanedione undergoing a first-order phase transition at 287 K, hav e been measured. The information on tile crystal lattice parameters an d the generalized phonon density function G(E) is analyzed. The presen ce of the transition hysteresis and the isomorphous phase transition h ave been confirmed.
