A. Bunke et T. Jira, ENANTIOMERIC SEPARATION BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS USING CHIRAL ANDACHIRAL ION-PAIRING REAGENTS, Die Pharmazie, 51(7), 1996, pp. 479-486
Investigations into the chiral separation by capillary electrophoresis
(CE) using anionic and cationic ion pairing reagents were carried out
. Camphersulfonic acid (CSA), sodium cyclamate, different alkane sulfo
nic acids and quinine showed their ability to improve considerably the
chiral discrimination of three basic drugs and two carboxylic acids i
n the presence of cyclodextrins (CD), The depenence of the separation
on the type of ion pairing reagent, pH-value and concentrations on ion
pairing reagent and CD is described.
