We present a new exact solution of the Poincare gauge theory of gravit
ation with the Kerr-Newman-De Siller metric and nonzero torsion. The m
etric and torsion of the solution ari characterized by four arbitrary
parameters: mass m, angular momentum j, electric charge q, and effecti
ve cosmological constant L. All three irreducible components of the to
rsion are nonzero In particular the totally antisymmetric torsion (the
only part of the torsion which is coupled directly to spin-1/2 fermio
ns) is nonvanishing. The solution is obtained front a previously known
one with the help of a special discrete transformation.
