PROBLEMATISING LANGUAGE - LIMITATIONS AND POSSIBILITIES IN FOREIGN-LANGUAGE RESEARCH

Foreign language research demands consideration of translation and int erpretation strategies which have implications for tire research/writi ng process. Such issues question assumptions about language ill all re search, 'home' and 'foreign'. The possibility of a hybrid strategy of research between languages is explored.
