Abstract
Purifying methods of cesium iodide are presented along with the reason s of their choice. Fractional recrystallization, drying in vacuum, che mical treatment with iodine and refining zone were used in this sequen ce. Impurity analysis regarded chlorine, bromine, iron and heavy metal s. Finally the results show very low halogen level and reasonable leve l for metal.
