Abstract
Aortobronchial fistulas are an uncommon and serious cause of hemoptysi s. We present three cases of aortobronchial fistulas that were diagnos ed and treated at our hospital. They were presented as massive hemopty sis. The clinical suspicion of a leaking thoracic aortic aneurysm into the bronchial tree should prompt the correct diagnostic procedures si nce early surgery is the only way to manage this condition.
