Abstract
The paper examines the methods which are applied in the evaluation of psychiatric rehabilitation. At first a review of the recent literature is given with respect to schizophrenic disorders. The paper then turn s to some of the topics which are currently discussed in the methodolo gical literature. The majority of these issues have been raised in the area of alcoholism research.
