Abstract
This paper presents an engineering technique for doing calculations fo r systems that operate in the passive and active-pulsed regimes. Calcu lations have been carried out for the threshold dependences of the lim iting resolving power of a light-signal converter on the threshold ill uminance for various contrasts of the test object.
