Abstract
We consider ballistic transport of composite fermions in a realistic m icroconstriction. An unambiguous signature of such transport is reveal ed: the linear conductance increases with increasing magnetic field ne ar filling factor 1/2, and then drops abruptly in a narrow magnetic fi eld interval.
