We present a theoretical study of a bound bipolaron in a GaAs/AlGaAs s
uperlattice (SL) in a high magnetic field. Using a variational approac
h and second-order perturbation theory, the influence of tunneling of
the electrons into the adjacent wells, electron-electron (e-e) correla
tion, band non-parabolicity, and electron-phonon interaction on this s
ystem is described. Our numerical results are in good agreement with a
vailable experimental data.
