Transport phenomena in a new type of electron Sinai billiards, one-dim
ensional ''caterpillar''-like billiard, have been investigated for the
first time. Magnetoresistance oscillations caused by commensurability
of cyclotron diameter and the period of billiards, and originating fr
om the trajectories running along its walls have been found. Quenching
of the Hall effect has been also found near zero magnetic field and i
n magnetic fields corresponding to the appearance of commensurability
oscillations.
