DISSOLVING THE PROBLEM OF INFECTIOUS MEDICAL WASTE

Decisions in purchasing healthcare products are based on fiscal respon sibility, employee safety, regulatory agency guidelines, and environme ntal conservation. One of today's major dilemmas in health care is tha t of disposing of medical waste. The Isolyser Company of Norcross, Geo rgia, is one of the first to develop a biocycle system to reduce the p roblem of contaminated waste.
