Abstract
A 91-year-old patient was diagnosed with amegakaryocytic thrombocytope nic purpura (AATP) as a presenting symptom for CDS-positive B cell non -Hodgkin's lymphoma. Lymphoma is another condition that should be cons idered in the differential diagnosis of AATP.
