Abstract
Miliaria profunda is an uncommon but highly characteristic disorder th at can be disabling. We describe a patient with miliaria profunda who responded to therapy with anhydrous lanolin and isotretinoin. Clinical features, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, and therapy are revie wed.
