The presence of cerebral lesions in patients affected by the acquired
immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) has been estimated to be around 10%,
with the majority being infective lesions or primary central nervous
system lymphomas. The co-occurrence of a cerebral glioma in such patie
nts is rare. The aim of this report is to present four mon cases, disc
ussing their clinical and neuroradiological features, as well as the o
utcome and the possible pathogenesis.
