Abstract
An optically and electrically, symmetrically triggerable hybrid bistab le multivibrator giving both optical and electrical outputs is propose d, designed, and implemented using phototransistors, light emitting di odes, etc. The circuit is found to be working satisfactorily at medium frequency range.
