Abstract
Porous material, of the zeolite - CuX type, were synthesized and then used as support for a classical antitumoural drug - cyclophosphamide ( CF) - The new material thus obtained is a physical mixture of both com ponents. The in vivo tests allowed the biochemical and anatomo - patho logical evaluation of the antitumoural effect caused by the oral admin istration of the zeolite - CuX - CF system. The data obtained proved t hat the zeolite - CuX - CF system antitumoural effect intensity is hig her than the one obtained by CF treatment only.
