Abstract
Haemochromatosis may present in different ways according to the organ predominantly affected by iron overload. Presentation with symptoms ca used by deficiency of pituitary gonadotrophins is recognized but rarel y reported. We present such a case and argue that haemochromatosis may be a more common cause of impotence than is presently realized.
