Abstract
E. coli L-asparaginase was immobilized on chitosan microspheres, The s ynthesis conditions of chitosan microspheres and the properties of imm obilized enzyme were discussed, The results showed that the matrix can adsorb L-asparaginase and recover high enzymic activity, The immobili ze enzyme was more stable against trypsin than native enzyme.
